The Reunion at Orlando is ON!! Many folks
have called to say that they will attend. If you are still undecided,
now is your chance to join us. You will have a great time, no doubt!
Here's the plan: When: Reunion: May 1- 4, 2008 Where: Ramada Plaza Hotel & Inn, 7470 Highway 192 West, Kissimmee, FL 34747 Agenda: Thursday, May 1 - Arrival and registration in the Hospitality Suite, which will be open and stocked. Friday, May 2 – Hospitality Suite will be open. 1800 hrs - Informal Reception in the Hospitality Suite, heavy hors d'oeuvres (enough for a meal for most), with open bar. Saturday, May 3 - Hospitality Suite will be open. 1500 hrs - Association Business Meeting in the Hospitality Suite. 1800 hrs - Banquet in the Covered Garden (full buffet dinner featuring chef-carved Steamship Round of Beef and Roasted Turkey with wine, no hosted bar). Sunday, May 4 – 0800 hrs - Farewell Breakfast in the hotel dining room, no host. Here's what YOU need to do: Now: Make travel plans - Air, RV, auto, etc. - to Kissimmee (Book air to Orlando). Book a rental car or call Mears Transportation, ph 407-423-5566, for a shuttle to the hotel. By Apr 10: Call the hotel at 1-800-327-9170. Guaranteed rates, $63 + tax per room in the Inn (no elevators), or $73 + tax in the Plaza high rise (has elevators). Tell reservations that you are attending the 319th FIS Reunion. The rates quoted are good for the reunion days up to plus or minus 7 days. By Apr 10: Fill out and mail the enclosed coupon with your check for $100 per person (made out to 319th FIS Association), which covers the Registration fee ($30), Reception ($25), and Banquet ($35).
